Note: You must be present at the February, May, or September Departmental Business Meeting in order to be accepted as a full member. Applicants for Participating Membership must be present at the business meeting following submission of an application in order to be accepted as a member.

By submitting this application, you agree to allow The Hampden-Sydney Volunteer Fire Department to perform a Criminal and Sex Offender background check with The State Police of The Common Wealth of Virginia. In addition to this, you are required to submit an MVR from your home state's DMV or DDS. You also declare that all information entered on this application is truthful. The Hampden-Sydney Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to terminate membership or the application process upon hearing otherwise. Finally, you agree that upon acceptance of your application for membership, you will abide by the Rules and Regulations, Constitution, and Bylaws of the organization.
